A thank you goes out to Ramona Finch Boese who was elected Treasurer of the Senior Class of Spencer High School in 1965. Thank goodness we don't have term limits for this elected position, because Ramona has quietly manned this post for nearly 50 years now. Over those years she has made sure that our class is represented in memorial gifts such as this one to Robert Cloud. It just happened that we had "left over" money after several of the reunions that were added to our class' bank account.

Because Ramona lives in the Spencer area she has been a presense at the funerals of many of our parents. She's been great to do this, somewhat above and beyond the call of duty for any elected position Id say. Oh, that our government officials were so diligent.

Very sorry to hear of Bob's passing ... he and I spent a lot of time together as kids, and I have happy memories of numerous hunting outings when we'd be tramping the fields together for our dads, who were very good friends ... we didn't keep in contact as adults, but the kind words posted by others here show he grew up to be a fine man ... RIP Bobby ...
