Jay passed away on 10/29/2016 from heart complications related to a battle with cancer he had been fighting in recent years. He is survived by his wife Connie whose address is 550 E. Orchard Lane, Gilbert, AZ 85296
This is very sad news ... I always liked Jay a lot back in the day, and it was a real pleasure to talk with him again at the reunion last September ... RIP Jay
